Deadwood snapshot update

I have released a new Deadwood snapshot today:

• All compile-time warnings in Win32 removed.
• Code to install and remove service now lets user know if the service was installed or removed.
• Win32 README added (this is mosly a copy-and-paste of INSTALL.txt)
