New Deadwood snapshot

There was a single SQA regression that didn't pass in Deadwood 2.4.04: The sqa_tcp test. The test does not pass because BIND (at least the example.com server's install of BIND) doesn't use compression for DNS-over-TCP. I have revised the test to not care if the DNS-over-TCP packet uses DNS compression. Now that I have done this, the Deadwood snapshot passes all SQA regressions again.

It can be downloaded at maradns.org/deadwood/snap.

I've removed all pre-2.4.04 snapshots of Deadwood.
