New Deadwood snapshot

In today’s Deadwood snapshot, I’ve done half of the work with the bailiwick-checking code; I will do the other half either tonight or tomorrow.

As an aside, the format for Deadwood snapshots is Deadwood-H-YYYYMMDD-N.tar.bz2

Here, “H” stands for “Head” (there is also the occasional “Deadwood-S-... snapshot where “S” stands for “Stable”), “YYYY” is the year (2010), “MM” is the month, “DD” is the day, and “N” is the release number for that day (usually 1, but sometimes I release two or three Deadwood snapshots on a given day).
