New Deadwood snapshot

Progress made on dwx_remake_complete_reply(), which will take a packet as stored in Deadwood's cache, remove any DNS RRs which are not used for answering the original DNS question, and create a trimmed packet. Next: Finish the dwx_copy_over_section() code.
