Deadwood snapshot update

At this point, both TTL aging and resource record rotation are working in Deadwood. Before releasing Deadwood 2.4.05:

• Revise SQA regressions as needed to work with new Deadwood behavior
• Add two SQA regressions; one to make sure RR rotation works, another to make sure TTL aging works
• Revise Valgrind SQA test to trigger both TTL aging and RR rotation
• Make sure all SQA tests pass
